Composer Background information
Dr. Sara Huff (she/her) brings nearly fifty years of music worship experience as director, pianist/organist, and composer. Currently pianist/organist at Montpelier's Unitarian Church, her published compositions include “Variations for Violin and Piano” (Vermont Music Teachers Association commission), “The Candlelight Shines Brightly” (Bennington Children’s Choir), and a Requiem for SATB chorus. As a concert pianist, Dr. Huff has performed solo and chamber music in the US and Europe, studying under Dr. Bela Nagy, a student of Dohnanyi.
